「As my wife is allergic to mushrooms the evening staff went
Through the menu to ensure she was safe.
At breakfast the waiting staff provided her with her own serving utensils to avoid contamination and offered to cook a special batch oh hash browns as they were next to the mushrooms.

「I stayed one night at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, especially the waiting staff in the breakfast area who were very attentive. The room was massive with a lovely view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bus service was also very convenient and well-organized.
The only downside was the lack of a lift. With a large piece of luggage, I had to carry it upstairs, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was very nice...
「Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.」
「A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.」
「The room was nice spacious, clean,bathroom good,shower had good power to it,my wifes only grumble was could do with a chair to sit in front of the mirror.
Location excellent, walk anywhere ,town literally 5 mins walk.

「Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable.
The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.」
