「Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. 」

「My wife and I enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for up to 4 couples but I just want to give our opinion of a few things that potential renters might want to know. David was available to talk to so feel fine to communicate with him. The house was clean and furnishings nice. Very large living areas and 4 bedrooms of good size with a bathroom in each. It could use updating with fresh paint and kitchen sink/counters and a few of the TV’s which were the old tube type could be updated....

「The condo was amazing! So spacious, comfy, and easy access to lots of hikes. We are planning a girls trip here again!! Only thing that kinda stunk was that we had to do the late check in and even the person there said they don’t really work with the mountainside villas and gave us a key but not the door code so we had to walk around back at night to let ourselves in. 」

「The home is well set up. We really only used one bedroom, the hot tub, dryer and pool table. We enjoyed the quiet area. The pool table could stand some repairing, but it worked okay for us. I imagine it's difficult to keep everything nice since not all renters treat someone else's property with care and respect. We contacted the owner for one item and it was taken care of promptly. 」
