「This house is rough with exposed wiring, peeling paint, and literally holes in the wall. No house number, missing mailbox, broken trash can. If you're visiting in season, I'm sure it's great for boating, fishing, etc., but if you're simply looking for a place to sleep, it's poor. Overpriced for the condition.」

「It was a convenient location. Close to both Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Flo's Dinner for breakfast. Can't beat the 10-cent coffee. I needed to contact the host once for a question and he picked up immediately. I will be back next year.」

「The property was great. A very beautiful first floor apartment on the water! The property was very neat and clean.We saw geese with their babies, turtles, and beavers in the water. It was very close to everything around it; coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Definitely can’t wait to stay in the future!」

「Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie. The kitchen was nicely supplied with coffees, milk, fruit juice, and some nice snacks. Parking was easy, though we had to keep track of which side to park on which...

「It’s an older house, but nicely updated, very clean and lots of amenities! The host was awesome and made the stay extra special. We were there for graduation and she had lots of decorations for us which was very thoughtful, she checked in with us frequently, would recommend 」
