"A little disappointed in the beginning as Staff were not there for checking in when we arrived at almost 4pm, had to wait for 10-15 min and the door was closed, it was cold outside. Location is good, close to many falls and city centre. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast has apple, coffe, muffin and yoghurt. Pretty good price compared with other hotels nearby. "
