"I could see this as a perfect place for a larger family vacation. Several condos in close proximity with one another with easy beach access. For a solo couple, it was still remarkable! We mostly had the place to ourselves but there was a an employee on the property to address any needs we had. We took the kayaks out every morning to a great swimming spot just a few strokes away. We’ll plan to be back! Quick access to airport. Check this place out!"

"When completed this will be an excellent property. Last tower was being built so at times was noisy as well as construction debris was nearby. Pool was excellent and front staff excellent and friendly condos are big,bright and roomy with lots of closet and storage. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cottage away from the resort crowds. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach for a walk. We enjoyed the pool. We also had a car so we could travel around the island as we like to get out and see other areas getting to know the people, food and culture of Roatan.
