The room was basic but clean. The bed very comfortable. I stayed in the winter, so the room was cold sometimes. The rest of the hotel was clean but very cold. I don’t think they put the heating on. This made my stay uncomfortable.

Lovely property and buildings.
Bathroom was cold (towel heater wasn't functional) and noise insulation is not fantastic.
Breakfast is good, but nowhere near the best I've had. Staff are helpful and professional. Spa is nice.

We stayed in room 12 which has a bath in the bedroom. Still not sure this is really a desirable option but it was interesting. The place is great, well-situated and friendly.
