8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier.
It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges.
The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee.
I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (679 reviews)
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely willing to help us in any way they could. Full of great recommendations for food and things to do. A special mention for James who looked after us amazingly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Only thing to be aware of is there is no lift if you have baggage but staff were very willing to assist.
Otherwise I have nothing but praise for the property.
Great location 👌
We booked a comfy room and it was beautiful.
Will be returning!!!!
