施設の快適さ、部屋からの眺め、清潔さ全て大満足でした。立地も今回の旅にとっては、ちょうど良かったです。ハイアットハウスの方だったので、サービス アメニティがいまいちでしたが 次回もまた利用したいと思います。

The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked.
