「Wonderful Experience !」

「Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einer Oase der Ruhe. Die Zimmer/Apartments sind extrem großzügig, haben alles was man braucht, inclusive Holzofen für kalte Nächte. Tracy an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Nachhinein wären wir gerne länger geblieben. 」

「My wife and I stayed for two nights. We had the Africa Suite which was comfortable, well furnished and spacious with a huge naturally-lit bathroom. The property itself is well maintained with lovely semi tropical gardens and a nice pool area. 4 stars would not be enough but I would have given 4 1/2 if I could for a couple of reasons. (1) the hotel is a long way from the centre (30/40 minute walk at least and) where most of the restaurants are and (2) although efficient, the lady on reception...

「Overall we had an excellent stay, however a couple of things. Other guests didn't respect the no noise after 10 PM rule and were quite loud which made it very hard to sleep as obviously in tents like these you hear everything. Also, we were struggling to enter the property when checking in. We were supposed to use the code for the gate received by email, but we weren't able to check our email and we were stuck for half an hour, trying to call the emergency number to no avail. 「An absolute find in this beautiful part of the Karoo. The atmosphere and style is that of a traditional Game Lodge. The food is excellent with a team to match. There are several designated walks within the estate for all levels of ability.
