The Space:
This property is ideal for a small family or group who desires a comfortable space to recharge after a day of adventure so you'll be ready to do it all over again.

Upon entering, you’ll be pleased with the open-concept living space that provides endless opportunities for conversation among guests. While the condo is intimate, there’s plenty of room to relax with ample seating, a TV, and a natural wood-burning fireplace in the living area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal before a day of adventure. And let’s not forget about your morning brew - the home accommodates every type of caffeine lover with a drip coffee maker, French press, and espresso machine. The elevated kitchen counter provides seating for 2 or if you’d like some beautiful views while you dine, make your way to the high-top table with seating for 6. The table doubles as a great space for game night.

The unit sleeps 5 guests comfortably between 1 bedroom, a Twin XL chair sleeper, and a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is equipped to serve all guests

The property is located in Downtown Breckenridge, about a 2-minute walk to Main Street. The prime location gives you the ability to walk to countless restaurants, bars, specialty stores, and the Quicksilver Superchair to Peak 9. Major points of interest like the Gondola, the Nordic Center, and multiple trailheads can be reached in under a 5-minute drive. For those who want to venture out, Denver is approximately 80 miles away and can be an easy day trip.

- The max occupancy includes adults and children/infants, to avoid property violations and fines.
- Please note that parking is very limited and therefore not guaranteed. If available, we can offer a maximum of one parking spot. A team member will reach out within 24 hours of your booking to confirm availability. If parking is unavailable or not needed, we will refund the parking fee within 24 hours of your check-in..
- Remember to download the Village at Breckenridge app prior to your arrival, as it is essential for accessing your condo, parking, and all complex amenities.
- The Village at Breckenridge offers endless entertainment from a shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs (with limited hours - 10a to 10p), a game room, and a fitness room.

Other Things to Note:
We’re thrilled to welcome so many guests this season! To ensure every stay is absolutely perfect, we won't be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests until further notice. This gives our dedicated team the necessary time to clean and inspect each property thoroughly, making sure everything is just right for your arrival.

But here’s some good news! If your property is ready earlier, you’ll receive a notification along with your door code on the day of your arrival. So, there’s always a chance for a pleasant surprise!

Additionally, this home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was right at the ski lift for peak 9 and so close to downtown that we walked everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It accommodated our family of four perfectly. There’s plenty of room in the spacious kitchen and living area. It felt cozy and clean with cute decor touches. Our daughters ended up sleeping in the main bedroom that also had a pull out couch so we all stayed in the same room. We loved that we had a balcony with a gorgeous view. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk out the main lobby and straight to the ski lift. It was perfect for us since we planned on sticking to Peak 9 for skiing. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the manager was very responsive. House is clean with all the necessary items stocked. Cons: Not having housekeeping service and having to take out all the trash prior to check out. Overall we loved the location and will be back again in the future.

This place was fantastic! It has everything you need for your family. Location is in downtown Breckenridge. Everything is within walking distance. The ski lift is next to the condo as well as the ski school. My son did ski lessons. It is very convenient to walk a very short distance, especially since he was very nervous. I would definitely stay again. We rented a vehicle and drove in from Denver. However, we didn’t really need the vehicle.

This is not a true ski in ski out property as advertised. The check I’m process was okay. There was supposed to be a binder about the property and condo there was none left to view and see maps or information about the condo. After getting Key and trying to find out where the condo was and how to open the gate to parking. The condo was not clean at all. After calling the operator in the VROB listing was finally called back by the property manager. The condo needed to be cleaned. It was nasty. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the hair in the shower and countertops in the bathroom. The kitchen countertops were not wiped down and the appliances on the countertops were dirty under them. Yuck! The floor in the kitchen was dirty. The dressers and lamps in bedroom were not wiped down in who knows when. The property manger texted me and I let her know the condo was not clean and if it could be cleaned. She told me they cleaned it be we arrived which may of happened but, was mot properly cleaned. I sent her pictures of the hair in the bathroom and the dirty kitchen and she informed me they only do 2 deep cleanings a year. So, totally understand now cleanness is not a priority for this management company. Long sorry short it was a dirty nasty mess at the condo. Just felt dirty the whole time. I asked to speak with the owner so they would get feed back and the manager told me no way. Hopefully the Owners will fire this management company and get a better one that cares about cleanliness and Custer service.
