  • Conveniently located between downtown Main Street and the base of Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift, you and your family won't find a better location than this! This second-floor home away from home is near Maggie Pond, providing the perfect backdrop for your ski vacation. The entire group can join in on the fun, and there are a plethora of winter activities nearby. Enjoy the ice skating rink less than half a mile from home, or take a lesson together at the ski school, only one mile away. For more festivities, Downtown Breckenridge is just a few blocks to the north. There you'll find great shopping, dining, and various festivals throughout the year. If you don't feel like cooking for the entire group, make sure to visit one of the local pizzerias and coffee shops! Other great local attractions include Escape Room Breckenridge, Carter Park and Pavilion, Breckenridge Ski Resort, Breckenridge Golf Club, Quandary Peak Trailhead, Dillon Amphitheater, Dillon Town Park, Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, Mayflower Gulch Trail, and Vail Ski Resort. Great place and an awesome location!

This place was great. Nice layout and all the amenities we needed for the week to cook, wash, lounge at the pool, etc. really convenient ski valet service to leave your gear on the way to the lift. Great location.

Perfect location with high end finshes

We stayed for three weeks. Really enjoyed fhe unit and everything included. Furniture and finishes very nice. So glad to have a in-unit washer and dryer Staying for three weeks We drove and really appreciated an underground parking space.Loved the ski valet. Easy, fast and convenient to peak 8.The village is less than a minute walk and there are very good restaurants We would choose this unit again.

New Years 2024

We have been coming to Breckenridge for over 5 years. This is one of the most solid and well furnished apartments and buildings. All amenities are top of the line. Location is ski/in ski out, with free valet for ski/snowboard equipment, covered parking, gym/jacuzzi, and is across the street from the town central street. I lost my wallet; it was turned into the building next door; they called and text me immediately.
