Mountainwood 301 is a jewel tucked away in the quiet, incredible setting of the Warrior's Mark area of Breckenridge. It's located steps away from the Quick Silver ski lift, ski school, and walking distance to Main Street. In the summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. This condo is completely updated! The kitchen is fully remodeled with all stainless steel appliances.

​​​​​​​LOCATION - Located in the Warrior's Mark area on the south end of Breckenridge, Mountainwood condos are close to everything you are coming to Breckenridge to do. The location couldn't get any better. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

AMENITIES: This two bedroom condo features one level living with a king / bunk bedroom and a double queen bedroom each with their own bath. This condo offers a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. It also provides one parking space in the heated underground parking and access to central laundry located on each floor. After an invigorating day of skiing, you can venture just down the path to have a lap in the pool or warm up at the hot tubs shared by surrounding condominium buildings (pool and hot tubs closed seasonally for maintenance in the spring & fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates).

This property is walkable to the quicksilve chair on peak 9 and a very easy walk to downtown as well. Its the cleanest VRBO we have ever checked in to. The one down side is...it is a little walk to a shared hot tub so that was quite busy daily. Overall if you want to ski and enjoy everything Breck has to offer this is a GREAT property.

Had a very enjoyable time at 301. Great time skiing and plenty of kitchen dishes and cookware. An electric can opener is only thing I would suggest would be helpful.

This place is amazing!!! Super clean and in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Village where you can rent your skis and go up immediately in the lift. Coming back from skiing, the walk to the house is less than 8 minutes. Please remember to bring quarters to wash and dry your clothes. Machines only take quarters.

We had a wonderful time in this condo that is so close to everything in Breck! We were able to walk to town and the chair lift within minutes. The condo is well stocked with everything that you could need for a great trip! We cooked several nights and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The contact with the property group was amazing. They were readily available for questions and also checked in on us to ensure all was well. We would highly recommend renting here as we will again!

This newly renovated condo is perfectly located in true walking distance to the base of Peak 9/Quick Silver ski lift, ski school and rentals at The Maggie. Also a 5 minute walk to get to shops and restaurants on Main Street, so you truly don’t need a car during your stay. The condo was clean and well stocked for our family of four. This was our kids first time skiing and our first trip to Breck and we couldn’t have found a better location. The property manager was in touch with info a few days before our arrival and even let us check-in early. I would definitely recommend this property and Pinnacle for your next rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great walkable location to Main Street. The furnishings are fairly new and in good shape. Two balconies were nice and you could see the mountains. There is a good amount of space and the management company did a great job pre visit and during the visit of communications. Only complaints were really soft beds, tv in bedroom didn’t work and I wish there was a little more of the basics (spices, larger amount of body wash, etc). Would stay here again.
