Modern Peak 8 Getaway! Grandview 2BR Condo

Very close ski access to 4 O'Clock Run and down to the Snowflake Lift from this newly renovated 2-bedroom Grandview condo. We're located on Peak 8, with plenty of room for a group of 6. Come back to the condo for lunch, enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking Mount Baldy; this space is the perfect location. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, free parking, free shuttle, and flat screen TVs. Cozy up in our mountain retreat! Please note that this unit is located on the second floor and is accessed via two staircases.

Proximity: Welcome to the Grandview Condos! This unit offers fantastic access to the Four O'Clock Ski Run, located just across the parking lot about 0.2 miles away. From there, you can ski directly down to Main Street or to the Snowflake Chairlift. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, the Gold Camp stop, is about 0.3 miles (6-minute walk) from the unit and can be found behind the building off Four O'Clock Run Road.

Kitchen: Past the entry foyer is the kitchen, with copper countertops, large farmhouse sink, refrigerator, oven, 4-eye electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. With a full pantry, the space was renovated for maximum storage.

Living & Dining Room: There is a gorgeous 6-person wooden dining table, and we've stocked a full set of plateware and silverware to prepare meals. We have a plush couch, a large gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed to comfortably sleep two.

Deck: The balcony is perfect for taking in a colorful Breck sunrise over Mount Baldy. This is also a convenient spot to store mountain gear overnight.

Laundry: New efficiency washer and dryer, we'll stock a few detergent pods for you to use while you're here.

Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
ā€¢ Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, large flat screen TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
ā€¢ Second Bedroom: King-size bed, closet, and windows with incredible views of the mountains. The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.
ā€¢ Additional Sleeping Area: Queen sleeper sofa in living room

Parking / Trash: If entering the property from the lower parking lot on Grandview Drive, you'll find plenty of parking spaces, along with the dumpster enclosure.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This unit is not pet friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nicely remodeled and the kitchen was stocked well. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony and caught the bus in the afternoon to head into town.

The condo is in a great location. I would recommend staying here. The only thing I wish it had were the basic staples such as salt and pepper (ground-not whole like it had) and more coffee cups that were bigger than a tea cup.

This was the perfect location for what we had planned during our stay. We really enjoyed the hummingbirds that could be seen from the balcony, and the view was great. The breeze made the indoor temp perfect and I appreciated the clear instructions from the host on how to use the fans and windows/doors to maximize the cool night air. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Pretty good place! It was very clean.I would have liked a few more kitchen items (tea and aluminum foil for example).They had some board games which was nice. Would have loved a box of toys! Obviously run by a big property management company so lacked some personal touches but overall a nice spot.

Cute, lil place. Itā€™s located near Peak 8 and Gold Shuttle is 3/10ths of a mile walk to the bus stop. Mgmt was responsive with inquiries during our stay.

Beautiful views and close to town

This was a very clean condo and met our needs for our stay. We were only there a few days but loved the area. Condo was not huge but for us it was perfect size. Beautiful views and so close to downtown. Loved loved the area once i adjusted to the altitude. Highly recommend and i would stay there again in the future

Amazing time

With two skiers and two non skiers and a toddler this was the perfect balance of a quick (ski) run around the parking lot to get to the mountain or a quick drive up to peak 8 Downtown was very easy to access. The place itself was enough space for all 5 and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Restful spot to enjoy the mountains

The condo is as described and was a delightful place to stay during our trip to Breckenridge. Just steps away from the four oā€™clock run it was the perfect opportunity to walk to and from town while getting our exercise rings completed! Neighbors had beautiful flowers and hummingbird feeders that was an added bonus to our stay.

Cozy Ski In/Out in a quiet location

Easy check-in and check-out. Condo is nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Both bathrooms were clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. Loved sitting by the fireplace enjoying gorgeous view. 4-o'clock run is located a few steps away, so getting to the slopes and coming back was super easy. Condo is located away from busy streets, so no street noise and whole place felt very tranquil. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Neighbors could be noisy during the day, but at 10PM whole place fell quiet.Great experience overall.

Good Home Base

The unit was exactly as depicted and the kids were thrilled to find boardgames/cards to entertain themselves after a day on the slopes. It's a short walk to the free shuttle (keep in mind if kids are younger/you have to tote equipment), but still manageable. It was very easy to communicate with them. Overall, our family had a great time.

Great condo, great location

Took the family in January to enjoy the snow and ski/board. This condo was great for us, plenty of room, the two bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was fine with all the amenities, though we never really cooked anything beyond breakfast. The location is perfect, based on other reviews there is debate on whether it is ski in/ski out. As far as I'm concerned, it is ski in/ski out... true it's not right off your back porch, however it is only about 100 yards to walk across the property to the Lower 4 O'Clock run drop-in spot. You will do more walking at any resort to get to a run or lift than you would here, so that's good enough for me! Once you drop in on the 4 O'Clock, just take it down to the Snowflake Lift and enjoy your day. Would definitely stay here again.
