「Check in was very smooth. The kitchen is comfortable for several family members to work and socialize in the space. Wi-Fi worked great. We travel to Breckenridge every summer and have found "Mom's House #20" to work great for our family. Lots of room for everyone.」

「This house was perfect for our family and the mountain views are incredible! The house was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It's location south of Breckenridge is perfect for hiking trail access. Some of the best trails in Summit county are close by. The house is also located in an area that you can see a lot of really cool mountain wildlife.」

「We loved this home! It was in a great location! We saw fox, deer, magpie bird, and a moose the day we were leaving. The home is well equiped. The kitchen has everything you could need. If it's not there, contact the rental agency, they respond in a timely manner. We were 1-2 hours away from rafting, a train ride, and a hot air balloon ride! It is a great place to stay!!!」

In time, it will need some attention (grass is way overgrown and scrappy, old mattresses in the garage need to be removed, and some kitchen cabinets and drawers are super neat while others are messy and disorganized). All in all, though, the cabin was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」
