「The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...

「Mosquitoes were so bad that you couldn't enjoy the outside or walk down the street. Most of the ditches in the area had standing water in them. The beach that was in walking distance was very dirty」

「Be prepared for mosquitoes. I know it’s common but just bring spray. The shower was slippery for elderly parents. Need a mat for tub. Outside seating needs updated to keep comfortable with mosquitoes.」

「The perfect rental for our stay at Surfside Beach. The Host is very friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable. The house was super clean and being pet friendly was a plus. It is also the perfect location to the beach and bay, as well as many wonderful restaurants were nearby. There is an upper deck with an amazing view for watching sunsets! Definitely recommend!」
