The hotel and staff were great. The location has wonderful view. There is currently road construction that blocks the road to the free hotel parking some part of time.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast on the enclosed terrace with a lake view was excellent. The front staff were ever so helpful in booking me an e-bike. If you’d like to stay somewhere with old world charm, this is it. Also if you’re looking for something different to eat, try their Latin themed restaurant, Kasa, right next door. Though not associated with the hotel, the Schloss Cafe Aran, right across the street will set you up with a selection of delicious cakes and other...

Loved this place. It's quite, new, clean and in the middle of bad wiessee. staff are. Try helpful. I can easily tell their superior rooms, junior suite and luxury suites are not less than the ones in 5 star hotel in this area.

This place and surrounding area was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Next time we will stay at least a week so we can enjoy every thing this place had to offer.

Very nice room, wonderful view, Pleasant and helpful staff (especially Holly and Julian), delicious breakfast. Poor WiFi in our room but good in central areas. A light blanket or throw would be helpful for the warm nights ( instead of the thicker down quilts)
