WALK-IN Unit ~ NO STAIRS!
Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formally Eagles Nest Resort), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Comfortably decorated and super clean, the condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities.

* FAMILY ROOM: 50in flat screen HDTV Smart TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi throughout, DVD player, Wii, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The queen-size sofa has a plush 7inch queen size mattress which ensures all guests will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to the 20ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and completely furnished with coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports in the wall outlets and a full-size washer and dryer. We also provide spices and seasonings, salt, pepper, coffee and tea bags. The granite counter tops have a bar space with seating for 2 and the dining table seats 4.

Towels, linens, hair dryers, and supplies such as washing detergent, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or bath soap.

* 20FT PATIO: Whether you choose the patio table with very comfortable seating for 6 or the set of fabulous wicker type furniture, the patio is a perfect location to enjoy your coffee, read a book, take a nap or watch your children play in the yard or at the playground. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located on the ground next to our building.

Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort Amenities include: Outdoor pool, tennis & pickle ball court, basketball goal, children’s playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim.

Nearby – within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina for water craft rental, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

Family vacation to Branson

This is the second time we have stayed at one of the Wilson family homes. It was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is 3 minutes from Silver Dollar City but is quiet and lovely.

Quiet location next to SDC

Located in the complex called “The Cove” this unit is within 5 minutes of SDC and exactly as the listing suggests. It had everything we needed, was clean, and comfortable. The porch is large and shaded; the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading. The pool and playground were nice as well. Would come back to this same unit again and suggest to family/friends.

Gorgeous getaway

Beautiful rental, close to everything. The kitchen is very clean and well stocked with all you need when staying in to cook. Beautiful large baths & bedrooms. The views off the back deck very nice. The drive getting there was a bit curvy but as always if you drive carefully you will have a great stay.

The condo was very comfortable & well appointed. It had everything that we would need & then some for our weekend. The owner was very nice & checked on us after our first night. The area is close to Silver Dollar City but far enough away that it was still quiet. I would recommend this condo for a couple or small family wanting a serene environment!

Great condo!

Was a wonderful place to stay! We were in Branson for a small family reunion. The condo was a perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day. The owners have done all they can to make a family feel at home while staying there.

Tablerock stay!

Property was perfect for our group , and nice to have family and friends staying in units in close proximity. Spent our days boating on the lake and nice to come back to a very home friendly, clean and cool place to stay. Will definitely consider staying again.

Very nice condo!

Good location for Silver Dollar City

Nice place with a beautiful view. The Grandkids enjoyed the playground which was very near. They also loved the game system. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family!

Quick trip

It was easy from beginning to end! The house was super clean, the owners left detailed info about their expectations (simple and respectable) and also a list of favorites in Branson. I loved this because sometimes there’s too much to choose from. The ONLY downside was that the upstairs neighbors were loud, it seemed like the walls were kind of thin and we knew when we were there, but it definitely wouldn’t stop us from booking again. Our main attraction was SDC and this was the closest we’ve ever stayed. It was great!

This property was everything we hoped for! So close to Silver Dollar City that we could actually see a part of it from this location! It was a walk in home with a nice deck out back to sit and enjoy the landscape. This was just a very short jaunt to a picnic table area that included a grill- we grilled and had s’mores! Nearby the picnic area was a court that we played lots of pickleball. We had brought our own but there was a basketball, tennis rackets and pickleball equipment in the closet of this house. There were several games we could play as well. Having a refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer was very helpful. Very clean and beautiful home. The hosts were friendly and gave perfect information and instructions for our stay. There was a binder with any and all information we would need. A great time was had by all and we will for sure try for this one when we come again.

Family Getaway

They place is nice and comfy , I would be more happier and after reading reviews about plumbing in Bathroom’s needing fixed would think after a few complaints it would be taking care of .. I think we pay enough and it is just inconvenience what if you only had one bathroom… also, on the streets I know it probably doesn’t pertain to you to fix but I would suggest having more lighting the streets are too dark. Both nights we saw a man walking and you could not see him very dangerous.
