  • Welcome to your hotel room plus experience. We added lots of extras. Boat Slips available for $15 per night. Perfect for those looking to spend time at SDC and on the Lake. This vacation rental is the closest you can stay in proximity to Silver Dollar City! You’ll have access to complimentary shuttle service to Silver Dollar City with a pickup and drop off directly from the property. Pets must be approved and paid for prior to arrival. We have 2 of these so if you need more space, let us know.

    The convenience to Silver Dollar City and Indian Point Marina is simply unmatched. The list of shared amenities include, Pool, Paid Laundry, Fire PIt, Dog Washing Station. (more coming soon this season)

    Get ready for morning adventures with in-room perks including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A wall air-conditioning unit provides powerful cooling on command. You’ll love the convenience of high-speed internet - ideal for Zoom calls, remote work/schooling, and streaming media.

Room accommodations

We like the room it was open. felt like the chair was a little fragile for a 250 lb man.the bedside table maybe could be a little bigger with everybody having cell phones and watch chargers nowadays. The owners were super sweet and very accommodating, since we had our 11 pound shitsu with us.

Great place to stay

We were just coming down for a couple nights and found this little place to stay. It had everything we needed only question is that it stated pastries in the description and showed pictures but we never saw any pastries.

Yes, my pet was welcome, did not use the pool. Nice decor, would be nice to have a full kitchen, but these are converted motels. Plenty of great places to eat, just have to bring your wallet. When your out and about make sure you put Permathrin on shoes boots and clothes. You don't want alpha gal syndrome. Having a dog made this a priority for me. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and, I can't thank the hosts enough.

Pros: Nice location, clean condo, nice hosts, snacks provided, electric water kettle which was nice Cons: No hand towels/rags available when stayed only bath towels, toilet seat needs replaced as it moves when utilized
