We are sorry that you were not happy with the unit. Unfortunately we are not able to control smells that may come from neighboring units. We provide towels for each person to have at least 1, usually 2, and we provide laundry within the unit, so you can have clean towels as you need them. We will look into the bed in the guest bedroom! Please call when you wish to come back to Branson and we will try to accommodate your needs better!
