The Space:

The home features an open-concept floor plan, modern upgrades, a quiet backyard facing the greens, and a peaceful but convenient location.



Every inch of the condo has been maximized to the fullest. The open and airy layout allows for an organic flow between spaces. The living room highlights beams of natural light from the large sliding glass door that leads to the backyard. The room has ample seating with a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. Steps away, the kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals from home. A spacious center island with 2 stools is ideal for extra prep space or casual dining. A farmhouse-style circular table is adjacent to the kitchen and provides seating for 4.



Take advantage of good weather by dining al fresco on the backyard patio. The peaceful backyard boasts a serene landscape of well-manicured greens.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is outfitted with comfortable linens to ensure every guest has a restful stay.



- Bedroom #1 is an intimate suite with a King bed, Smart TV, and is open to the en-suite bathroom with 2-person jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

- Bedroom #2 offers a King bed with an attached en-suite. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees..

- Washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- A parking pass is available for 2 vehicles in front of the unit

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This is a walkdown unit with 16 steps required to reach the entrance door

- Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

The renowned 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) is under 9 miles away and offers music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and frequently hosts live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!
