The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious. We will be back for those reasons. The hotel is in a great location. My husband said the breakfast was good and he enjoyed it as well. It was neat to go to the top floor to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay again

The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

I was really disappointed with my stay here. I wish they wouldve had it listed prior to booking that the pool wasnt available. Biggest disappointment was the hot breakfast buffet not available nor disclosed it was weekend only. Staff wasnt very attentive.

I'm going to start by saying that the front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. They make up for what lacks in the rest of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, but this has nothing to do with my rating, as I knew that when I booked my jacuzzi suite. The room is very clean, has a nice mini fridge and microwave, but otherwise vastly outdated. There was a whirlpool tub in the bathroom but a sign up that said it was disabled. Which is fine, because I used the common space jacuzzi anyway. If anything needs renovation it's the televisions and phone system. The TVs weren't even 1080p, and we saw a Zenith in one place that hasn't been manufactured since 2005. I realize everyone has cell phones these days, but I shouldn't have to rely on it to call the front desk. The WiFi also didn't work during our 2 day stay, so I had to use my personal hotspot. Breakfast is a very basic Continental with yogurt, bread for toast and communal jugs of drink. We opted to eat elsewhere. There's a nice bar upstairs, but it was never open to my knowledge, which would have been nice to have open on New Year's. This place has so much potential but needs work. It could be my new favorite hotel with a few basic upgrades. I suppose my point is if you just need a place to sleep and keep leftovers to reheat, this is the place for you. It's close to central Branson and doesn't smell weird for as old as it is.

It is old and showing age. Room door though lockable had very loose fit. AC/heater made a constant noise even when not in operation. Poor attention to detail; example the room phone had not been properly cleaned and the WiFi password was not written down on the room key folder nor was it anywhere in the room. I tried calling the front desk (on the dirty room phone) but was unsuccessful as there wasn’t any dial number information on the phone or anywhere in the room.

Room was clean, did not see a pool or hot tub, no restaurant or bar. Room was clean staff very friendly. We wasn't aware of the off season so can't blame the hotel. I would stay again without hesitation

The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant. I do wish the beds were not quite so high and it definitely needed two working elevators, not just one. Very nice place for the price though. Location was a real plus.

The hotel itself was outdated and poorly kept up. Old smoke smell throughout the halls, holes in the walls of our bedroom, and faucets that almost pulled out of the wall when you used it. House cleaning was poor, our new “unused” room had hair on the towels, and stains on the sheets. The breakfast is inedible, milk products in a barely cold fridge, eggs that are slimy and lukewarm, and their gravy was served in a plastic bag plopped in a warmer. I will say management was quick to solve a hot water issue which was the only shinning star of the stay. If you want a very cheap stay with zero expectations you’ve found it.
