「The common areas were terrible Holloways were looking bad, no vacuum for a while, did inform you the front desk person and nothing was done. Washroom in the main floor, pool area and gym were bad. 「First let me say I have NEVER EVER given a one star review before. All we expected was a clean comfortable room. Our stay was for a Friday evening. Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to everything in the centre of Bracebridge. Room 116 was at the back of the motel, so away from the road noise. 「I do not recommend this motel. It is dirty, window is missing curton, the water stinks, the toilet seat came apart. There was no screen on the door window. The carpet extremely dirty. One of the rooms smelled cigarettes. Customers were changing rooms. Stay away. This motel should not be on the market to rent.」

「The cottage we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The main door had a broken glass, replaced with plywood. The kitchen had pots and pans, but nothing to cook on (only a microwave). Also, knobs on drawers kept falling off which made accessing kitchen utensils and dishes difficult.
