Everything was great up until the point where my wife went to shower and all of the towels in the bathroom were covered in dog hair. The staff was very accommodating and brought new towels up, but that kinda put a small damper on the stay. Other than that very nice place!

The person at the reception desk was incompetent when it came to signing in the guest in front of me who didn't have a reservation. She had to keep going back to correct her errors. There was no TV controller in the room. I had to call down for one. Refrigerator was dirty. Housecleaning started knocking on my door early even though I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging out.
