Staff attitude was bad. They charged me £100(for incidentals but charged an additional £67.99 for dinner instead of taking from the 100 ! And haven't returned it either. Interesting property that was cold and dark - no hearing in room. Looking grubby.. No grab bar in tiled shower.

Of particular note are Bo at reception who quickly helped to resolve an issue upon arrival, and Alex the bar tender who was so friendly and great with his cocktail making skills! Very well maintained , staff all top standard , breakfast - cooked and contintntal options were all good. Slight minus point re. the coffee -slightly lower quality than expected. ALso - would benefit from non slip arrangement in the shower. Otherwise very happy !
