"Despite all the noise and people living in these rooms the staff is also very rude. Marty the general manager will keep your deposit for any small reason and is very mean and uncooperative. She is also raciest and believes she owns this facility. Annett at front desk is also rude and hotel staff doesn’t care about guests only a pay check and keeping deposits. Also there is prostitution here and the rooms are used for this .. if police are called they don’t care about prostitution here it’s ok ."

"I had a lovely stay, the STAFF are extremely nice and helpful. However I had a hard time saying goodbye to my beautiful friends, Maribel, Adela, Agustin, Jose and David at restaurant/bar. They are incredibly amazing! My expectations were exceeded. Wishing that every hotel I go. I can feel like home as they made me feel! Many thanks you guys! You all are super stars!! 🤗"

"We were so impressed for this price point. The staff was so great and accommodated our extra needs traveling with a big group for a wedding. We were so grateful. The breakfast was well done and the hotel was so clean. Definitely would stay again!! Great access to freeways and airport as well. We didn't use the airport shuttle, but what a nice amenity. "
