"Room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable, with the softest sheets ever. Indoor pool was freezing, but didn't stop the kids from having fun."

"There was no breakfast an not even a fresh pot of coffee for the guset. The vending machines dont work am just take your money. The rooms did not feel clean. An they have COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! An they do nothing about it. We told them on 2 separate occasions an nothing was done thats why we didn not extended our stay. I saw them on 3 separate occasions including a lil baby baby one. Sorry but im not paying for bugs!!! An the whole place in general just felt scummy. So no i will not be coming back unfortunately. The staff was nice they just seemed not to want to go the extra mile for there guests who do pay money to stay there. Like i always say if you do not like your job find a new one, ont that you Willl put in the effort. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Within just a few hours of checking in, I had to request a room change four times due to serious cleanliness concerns. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the toilet, and the washroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor. The second room was not any better, there was visible hair in the bedsheets, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. Across the rooms I was shown, the washrooms consistently smelled bad, and even spraying did not help. At that point, I was informed that there were no other rooms available. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and I did not feel safe staying there due to concerns about potential exposure to infections or unsanitary conditions. As a result, I had to check out within a few hours and book another hotel elsewhere for my own safety and peace of mind."
