"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."

"The room was a good size but dingey. For whatever reason it had the worst lighting so makeup was impossible to do even in the bathroom. Also not sure what issues they were having with hot water or if they were saving money but definitely noticed problems and couldn't get even warm water on my last night"

"Great location in relationship to the convention center. Great for a week stay with the kitchenette. Had to replace a broken ironing board and the dishwasher didn't work either. Elevators broke during my stay too, so could not give the place 5 stars. Otherwise the room was clean and I would stay again."

I can’t leave out to mention the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I visit Denver at least once a year and I know I will definitely be staying here again:)"
