「We were disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We were not pre warned that we would need to give a check in time as someone would need to meet us to let us into the building. This wasn’t advertised beforehand. We received numerous messages asking what time we were arriving on the day but as we had a long drive there we had plans on our way and felt rushed to give a time to arrive. Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde.
