Incredible customer service. I wasn’t fond of the 4-6am noise coming from the alley in the mornings so Monaco may consider additional insulation but aside from that, our stay was great.

Hotel was pretty convenient, no hotel bar, but the bar on the hotel level was super terrible. Seriously couldn’t imagine a worse bar - they just didn’t want visitors. Hotel itself was pretty quaint, though the toilet blocked and initially our king room had a queen size bed (staff corrected this thankfully by changing our room). No evening housekeeping.

We got a suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. However I was puzzled by a few things:
There was a fridge, a tea kettle, a cocktail shaker and even some games but no microwave.
The double sided double headed shower was nice but the water ran out all over the floor because of the way it was designed.
The furniture was nice but some of it was full of scratches and dings.
There was obvious water damage in the ceiling that hadn't been repaired
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning stayed nice and cold. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location with nice views from the upper floors. Overall I was happy with our stay but a little more upkeep could do this hotel some good.

Excellent location in a safe walkable area with many options for dining and shopping. Amenities at the hotel were lacking, request for housekeeping 24 hrs prior resulted in new towels, restock of coffee pods, mind you decaf because that is all that was available, sheets not changed & a cursor wipe down of bathroom. Coffee pods were not replenished daily, ice was a chore to get, no ice buckets, had to request from the front desk & the phone in the room did not work so all requests had to be made in person or by text! Spa was lovely but you had to leave the hotel and walk outside to access.

It was a great location to get to games at Coors Field and Union Station was close. Unfortunately most of the time only 1 elevator was working, so wait times were long. Although the rooms had been updated the air conditioning system was old and quite loud when it kicked in. It was nice to be able to visit the pool to cool down but it wasn't very clean.
