"Aeverything was great , only thing that they failed in , is the TV connection to let you use apps like netflix , youtubetv , hulu,etc ... their system wasnt working i would connect my phone to their wofi but still couldn't cast what i wanted to watch , when i called fromt desk i was told they cant do anything about it"

"This is the only hotel we stay at in Blackhawk. They have the best steak, staff is amazing, great rooms. Favorite hotel/casino hands down"

"Everything was good and equipped. Customer service was lacking. We called the hotel 3 time and not once did they tell us a $50 charge for early check in and $25 parking fee to come and find out it was $12 parking fee. "

"First off i had no hot water the whole time management wasnt the best with the situation and than the housekeeping is terrible they kept unlocking my door after I told them I was staying over. A guy barged in while I was trying to get dress"

"Room was overall comfy and clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, location, and staff. The room does seem a little outdated for supposedly being remodeled in 2025. The tv is old and has does not streaming capabilities nor are there any usb ports on lamps or nightstands. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dust. Overall, good stay. Good value. More pros than cons. "
