"Property is situated in a great area and not too far a drive to the airfield. There is many things to do in the area with metz a close drive. The property was very clean with a great layout which suited our gtoup of adults a young kids. The pool was a blessing with having kids with us. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for letting us stay there."

"Week end hivernal très reposant le long du canal et au milieu des champs inondés par la Meuse. Endroit très calme. Promenade en forêt et sur le chemin de halage avec une petite visite sur Verdun. La télé et le Wifi ne sont pas au meilleur de leurs formes mais nous n'étions pas là pour ça. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous sommes repartis très reposés. Lieu à recommander pour se ressourcer. "We had a perfect stay on the big orange houseboat from Gill. The boat have all necessary things on it and it's very beautiful. Unfortunately we booked only one night. The next stay will be longer."

"The gite was very well equipped and comfortable. Probably one of the best we have stayed in over many years. The surrounding countryside is variable, with flat plains , hills and lakes. If you are interested in Ww1 the preserved trenches in the area are the best I have seen. Verdun and Nancy, which are a short drive away, are both historical and picturesque."

"Rooms were spacious and there is lots of room. Only one parking space on the sidewalk in front of the house in case you have two cars. The actual address is 219BIS, not 221 as listed on VRBO so that you can more easily find it. There is NO AC in case you were wondering but the house did cool down after dark. The roof windows were full of bees with one having a large hive, so keep those closed. Very clean and stocked well! Worked well for our large family of 10."

"This was an inexpensive location to stay with my 3 teenagers for a trip to Metz. The parking garage is very close to the apartment, and from there we could walk to everything we wanted to see, and leaving our car in the parking lot was not expensive. We loved Metz and would visit again! There are some steps to the apartment, it's 3rd floor, but with teens this was no problem for us."

"The hotel is quite something! Walked around the grounds and it was amazing.. To the spiral staircases, to the gardens to the violin playing over the speakers. Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The only neutral-negative comment would be the breakfast. It cost 15Euros which is fine. In fact it could easily be baked into the cost of the room and I wouldn't bat an eye since the stay itself it great value. The breakfast doesn't live up the magnificence of the rest of the hotel. "
