It is important to note that this home is located on a busy street with a shopping center directly across the road. While the interior is well-insulated and remains quiet, guests should expect some street activity outside. To ensure a restful stay, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms. This central location makes it easy to explore local shops, dining, and amenities just steps away!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Beverly and the surrounding North Shore. The home includes driveway parking for up to 2 cars.



The property is also close to commuter rail access, making it convenient for guests planning trips into Boston or nearby towns. Rideshare availability may vary, especially during busy seasons or later in the evening.



Other Things to Note:

The home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the property responsibly.



The laundry area is located in the basement, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The fenced yard and garden area offer a peaceful outdoor setting, though landscaping and outdoor conditions may vary seasonally.
