Only 15 minute cab ride to/from Logan Airport. 20 minute walk to Boston Convention Center!! Short walk to Downtown/Financial District, Seaport District and other area amenities. Very comfortable, modern unit. Lots of natural light. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; Master Bedroom with queen size Temperpedic mattress. second bedroom has a queen bed as well Nicely appointed living room with large flat screen TV offering steaming services such as Sling TV and Netflix. Property Sleeps 4 to 6 guests via two bedrooms and optional sofa bed. Private roof deck. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the unit is a 3 floor walk up via the back deck stairs off the parking area

Jeff was an excellent host. Quick to respond to any questions. It is a lovely place to stay for that city feel. We were able to walk to foodies for groceries. Plus they had a deli and meat counter that was fabulous. In fact, that was our dinner one night after we’d been out site seeing all day. We bought stuff from Foodies to heat up for dinner. It was a good stay! Of note: I didn’t notice if it talked about this when I booked it but it is up three flights of stairs. Only a problem for one in our group with a bad knee. Plus, we had a lot of luggage (and golf clubs) to haul up because it was at the end of our trip. We wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a common area to hang out and this fit that nicely. Thank you, Jeff!

Great place to stay for me and my husband along with our two teenagers. It was easy enough to find. We got there early, so we parked on the street and took a quick Uber into Boston for the afternoon. When we returned we just pulled the car into the assigned parking space and walked up to our third floor apartment. The place was very cozy and had plenty of room for all four of us. There were some great restaurants nearby, which we Ubered to since it was still cold and windy during our visit, but they would be walkable on a nice day. Communication with our host was great and the instructions for cleaning up when leaving were clear and simple.
This was my favorite thing about the apartment. It made me so happy to see it when I walk in.

Great property, great location

We were in town for an event at the convention center (BCEC) and this is a short walk from there. Clean property, everything we needed and Gary was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nice, and the neighborhood felt very safe. What really stood out was the fantastic location – we were within walking distance of several great restaurants and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without driving everywhere. There were lots of stairs, the apt is on the 3rd floor and out door entry only.

This place was great. The location was spot on. Businesses were close by. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Only down side was the planes that flew over head, but that was a minor detail. I would stay here again.

We came to Boston for a long weekend to cheer on a family member running the Boston Marathon. This location is close to the airport and close to downtown - easy Uber availability and short ride to different dinner spots in the city. Gary was very helpful with recommendations in the area and gave us very clear check in directions. Great time - thank you!
