Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
Staff wasn't friendly or greeting. Valet was okay but expensive didn't know they had bell services as they were never around to help or offer help. Room was good but was let down by the staff.

Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment.
