Quite a nice hotel a stone's throw from Bordeaux airport, the only small downside but not the least is the cleanliness, yesterday they forgot to change a pillowcase...

15 min flat walk from the terminal building. I arrived after reception had closed but there was a machine with several languages to retrieve my booking and dispense me my key. Clean and perfect for a stop over night.

There is no elevater, so with much luggage not fun to grimy up the stairs. Breakfast very bad, cold scrambled eggs, rotten canned fruits. Good coffee.

Rooms are compact (aka cramped) with small bathroom but are ok for one night. Room seems designed for solo occupant and comes with only one towel. Breakfast is typical and not bad but the coffee in machine is terrible - dark, bitter syrup instead of ground beans. The problems are air conditioning and internet - both of which are intermittent. The office controls the a/c and even though we were in our room, the office switched it off at least three times. The phone to reception was not answered but if we went in person to reception the a/c was switched back on without comment. The internet connection is very fragile and needs logging back in every few minutes and needs password every time - it doesn’t remember you. There is a row of hotels in this location near the airport, of which The Originals is the cheapest. Turns out there’s a reason. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Très pratique pour prendre l'avion à Bordeaux, on aurait même pu marcher. Quelques difficultés avec l'enregistrement après les heures de présence à la réception. Pas d'ascenceur, donc un étage avec des valises, ce n'est pas très agréable. Chambre propre, lit confortable. La douche n'était pas fameuse, mais nous l'avons signalé à la réception en partant.

Situé 20min à pied de l’aéroport, et 3min à pied de l’arrêt de tram Parking sécurisé Néanmoins c’est littéralement un première Classe mais qui n’en porte pas le nom. Strict minimum dans la chambre qui est très étroite. Literie de mauvaise qualité.

déçu et fatigué

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel car nous avions un vol tôt le lendemain matin. À notre arrivée, la réception était fermée, mais la borne extérieure pour récupérer notre carte a bien fonctionné, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel est bien situé, calme, propre dans l’ensemble, et bien indiqué. C’est vraiment un bon choix en termes de localisation et d’organisation pour les voyageurs de passage. En revanche, nous avons tué plusieurs araignées dans la chambre, et une énorme toile était visible dans un coin. Ma compagne et moi sommes arachnophobes, donc autant dire que la nuit a été un enfer, je n’ai pas dormi. Ce n’est pas un simple oubli de ménage, c’est un vrai manque d’hygiène et de contrôle. C’est inadmissible pour un hôtel, même pour une nuit. Vraiment décevant.
