「Great stay so close to shop, pub and cosy well equipped place to stay 」

「Felt very welcomed on entering this beautiful home, Large spacious home well appointed facilities and heaps of space to have the whole family enjoy our time together. It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional. Loved the fact that we could assist with pumping our tourist into the local traders community.Thoroughly enjoyed our annual family get together, with family members...

「Beautiful property, spotlessly clean. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.」

「It was perfect for our few days away with our dog, to day trip around the area and surrounding towns. The polished concrete floors were a fantastic surface for our dog to walk on and to keep clean, also the yard areas were dog secure. Location is close and an easy walk to supermarket, main shopping strip & eateries. The double glazed windows were ideal in blocking out street noise. The heating was efficient and also used the wood fire place, if staying here BYO firewood/lighter. Overall clean,...

「We are satisfied during our stay for 2 nights! The house was so big, very clean and it has complete stuff! Even board games, they provided a lot that kids was really enjoying it. We enjoyed the ping pong also, overall it was fantastic. Cheaper, very affordable price for 5 bedrooms. Love it! Thank you, we have so much fun staying in your house!」

「The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we specifically booked this property because it was advertised as pet friendly. While the property itself certainly was, the neighbours clearly aren't as welcoming of dogs. We returned from going out to find a rather unpleasant letter stuck to the door after our dogs had barked while they were outside during the day. It left us feeling a little uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise lovely...

「I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...

「Absolutely perfect - clean, secluded, comfy, felt like home, inviting. We will be back. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of Australia xx」

「Beautiful property with amazing views. Our only issue was the noise from the pool pump, it was very loud and difficult to sleep in. Previous tenant had left their rubbish which was not removed by the cleaners.」

「We booked this stay specifically because it had a spa, but unfortunately, the spa was dirty and completely non-functional. The barbecue was also dirty, and we had to use foil just to be able to use it.We were aware that the property had only one bathroom, but for a 3-bedroom house that accommodates up to 7 people, the bathroom needs to have a functioning lock for basic privacy. Unfortunately, the lock was non-functional as well. There also were no dishwashing tablets.Overall, several of the...
