"Plenty of room for our group of 5, with good kitchen facilities. Enjoyed the nearby goats and chickens, visit to Highland cows, and farming related discussions with owners. It was a good jump off point to nearby attractions, canoeing, rafting and hiking. Enjoyed excellent night sky viewing, e.g. ..."

Beautiful lodge with a sandy beach
"The lodge is well equipped, all we needed to bring with us was food. It has a very nice view of the lake and a wide private beach - great for family with kids or elders. What is also good for kids and elders is the shallow water: 50 meters from shore it still won't go above the waist."

"Lakepoint was amazing! Stayed for a weekend with our dog and the area was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was functional and bbq was very nice. Gas stations and convenience stores 15 mins away. All together a great comfortable stay"
