Walk to the beach- beautiful, upgraded studio condo with king size bed and pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Cable TV and WIFI included. Fully equipped for all your needs. AC unit with temperature control for your comfort and large ceiling fan centrally located in living room. Dishes and cookware, microwave, sheets, towels, beach chairs, cooler, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The pools and tennis courts were damaged in 2022 due to hurricane Ian and are under renovations through 2025. Updates will be posted accordingly with the estimated completion dates. There are laundry facilities on the premises. Walking distance to 2 restaurants- Coconut Jacks on the bay and enjoy the sunset at Docs Beach House on the gulf! Close to the shopping in Naples, Coconut Point Mall and Mercato which includes many indoor/outdoor restaurants. Condo is situated in Bonita Springs located near Ft. Meyers Beach and Naples. Close to 2 airports. Relax and enjoy your vacation on the Florida gulf coast!
