"We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."

Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, with a great variety of options to enjoy.Close the everything! What made our experience even more special was Daniele at the front desk, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. "Historic hotel near the station and well located for the Duomo etc. the room although spacious was not very welcoming, and the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Some lovely pieces of furniture here and there and the staff were generally very nice. One downside was a very annoying door bell that went off in the front reception for every automatic door opening, which occurred even after a light gust of wind. Shame as the hotel could be great."
