Room nice, good cleaning services, friendly staff.

Great hotel and even better service. Slightly soured by a comment an older staff member made to a restaurant service staff. We thought he told her to smile more. But she already was - an excellent host.

Clean room; comfortable ambiance and exceptionally understated surroundings, especially the bathroom amenities.

Easy to find. Multiple buildings. No elevator. Lights in hallways at night did not turn on and was not aware of any switches to use. Very close to transportation. Easy to get around.

Clean, well finished rooms. The public areas were bright and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
