"Reception staff were rude at arrival, were more interested in watching videos on their phone and talking about the football with each other rather than checking us in. The room we were allocated was old, smelly, and extremely dated. It was like staying in a 1980's motel rather than a modern Radisson hotel. I am a Radisson VIP member and a hotels.com platinum member, but the lady at reception didn't care and was not helpful at all. Would not stay here again."

"No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 "

(-) paid extra for early check in, only to find the cleaner still there and we were unable to use any facilities until 4pm anyway. I also had to clean some of downstairs kitchen myself. I did the dishes and relined the bin, which I didn’t mind as the cleaner needed help however this is not something I should do having paid extra to check in early and and additional cleaning fee.I requested a refund for this and still haven’t been given an adequate response regarding this 2 months later! 1. The address was wrong.i got sent to someone’s house. key was not in the lockbox of the correct house. Cleaner provided spare key. 2. TV was broken in the front room.3. Leak in the upstairs toilet4. No toilet roll or kitchen roll or kitchen towels. We had to buy our own tissue roll and kitchen roll.5. Balloons left from previous parties6. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a group of people claiming they had booked the same bnb. We exchanged our booking confirmations, I tested out another key that was on our keyring and it worked. The cleaner had given me both keys. very unprofessional, unorganised and quite disturbing for us to be woken up in the middle of the night. Be wary booking any of these houses. "
