「Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend...

「The inside was nice and it looks like it was remodeled, but that’s where it ends. The area practically shuts down around 8 PM, and when I tried to call for an Uber, not one came to the location. There was no restaurant, nor a grocery store open within the vicinity, and after 8 PM, it was very scary. Maybe I should’ve checked out another location within Barranquilla, where there was much more amenities than this.」

「Accordig to the way I was taken to this property you should only plan coming here if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with off- road tires, dirt motorcycle, horse or donkey. The road in is in terrible condition! It takes about 45 mins. to go about 10 kms. The beach looks to be at the bottom of a small mountain, not sure how you access it. After reaching the to wn, it looks to have a fair amount of amenities. I needed a place to stay for the night, but much to far from the airport. I found...

Esperaba un poco mas del área de la piscina, solo tenia dos sillas para tomar el sol para todo el hotel, y escaso personal para atender toda el área de la piscina en general. Esta en una zona tranquila, es necesario transporte, no es un área que se pueda transitar caminando. En general es cómodo y una buena opción para desconectarse」

「The location is handy because it is aprox 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and the staff is kind however the property lack of hygiene the room was very smelly, it would help to do some good wall cleaning and painting a general hygiene cleaning within the property. It could have been cleaner and it could have smelled better. It is challenging to spend a night in a room that is smelly of body odor. The air condition does not help with this.」
