Staff was great. But Manager was inexperienced. I could not sleep for 2 nights until 3 am. Noise outside was unbearable. No local public Noise ordinances. Windows did nothing to dampen the chaos outside. They finally moved me on the 3rd day to a room on the other side, where the noise was not as loud but still an issue. There are better choices at lower price points. Myself, i will stick with Marriott properties.

A Good night sleep!!

Loved the lady at front desk spoke English. I stayed for one night , bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working great. Is an old property, needs remodeling, especially the wood trim and ceilings. The English theme is nice hence the name.

Hotel Windsor BAQ.

I originally ordered a Queen room but when I saw it - I preferred a King room because the Queen rm was to small and cramped for me. I was moved to a King room immediately and much more pleased with the space. I found the hotel safe, clean as best they could and adequate for what I needed. Beds in 3 star hotels are hard though but I was able to sleep. Very good hotel for the money they charged. Free breakfast and parking always helps.
