Fabulous grand old building, great location. Apparently under new management and changes are being made. Some areas are tired and worn, the room we were given was beautiful, but it was in the basement with no opening windows and a strong smell. The Aircon doesn't work at the moment, (part of the changes and renovations being made) we were immediately moved to another beautiful room on the 4th floor.
The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful.
Comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Breakfast is extra but very good value hotel for the location.
I would definitely stay here again.
