Employee will knock on your door at 10:15am, demanding you open the door, so he can tell you check out is at 11am. Creepy, especially when you are getting ready to take a shower, and he demands you open the door.

The owner was extremely rude, intentionally unhelpful and unprofessional. Dirty rooms with mouse and rat poop under the sink. Yellow water, hair clogged in the drain. Holes in the walls.
