When description reads ‘whole house’ and ‘Viking master bath room’ and photos show a stack of towels I would expect a bath or shower. It is at the point that guests have to dig to find the scam. We didn’t use the tub or shower. We had a portable room air conditioner that was very loud but did keep the room cool.

Holiday Inn Express Boise - University Area by IHG
Unfortunately, there was a mild odor in my room... thinking diaper smell. I asked for some deodorizer and no one was able to help me. I suppose I could have asked to change rooms so thats on me. I stay here at least once a year to visit my son at college. Breakfast didn't seem as good this year. ...
