Über die hoteleigenen App hat man die Möglichkeit, sich über sämtliche Serviceleistungen und Angebote des Hotels einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Etwas ungewohnt war, dass man überall das Handy benötigte, um vorab einen QR-Code zu scannen, um die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke auswählen zu können. Aber auf Nachfrage ging das...

「ビーチまで徒歩すぐ、飲食店もスーパーもなんでもすぐ近くにたくさんあってとにかく便利、立地最高でした。お部屋もコンパクトだけど清潔で、鳥のプリントがあちこちに使われていて可愛かったです。朝ごはんはとても美味しく、ふわふわとろとろのスクランブルエッグが特に印象的です。またボドルムに来た際は泊まりたいです」

「It's a beach hotel at an amazing location which therefore isn't updated or up to date in many ways, think very loud housekeeping staff, a leaking roof etc. The owners lived across from our room in their little rooftop chamber in the hotel, they don't seem to manage the place or care whatsoever. There are staff at the beach who can't speak Turkish or English which is extremely odd. Despite everything, it is one of the prettiest views and that's this hotel's backbone.」

「Incredible good service. I mentioned that my wife & I were celibrating our 20th anniversary. To our surprise, the hotel decorated our room with ballons (heart shaped), botte of wine in a cooler and a plate of fresh fruuts etc. Throughout our stay, the service was outstanding. Thanks again!」

「Room is very dark and pillow had moldy smell. Restaurant buffe was very clouded but taste was so so. Beach and pool faciliteis were nice. My son enjoyed water slider. But beach chair should be cleaned time to time and trash bin should be empty in the morning.」
