「This property was even better than advertised! Spacious, yet cozy — lots of attention was given to details that made our experience great! The home was also in a great location — walking distance to the Oconee River Park (.5 miles) and only a 5-minute drive from downtown Athens. The host was responsive to questions leading up to our stay and I am confident that she’d have been equally attentive had we had any issues during our stay. We didn’t though, and wewould stay again!」

「This house in Winder was spotless. The host was great in responding with info quickly. We had no problems at all. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We were only there for one night and it was perfect for our family members to visit and close to the event we were attending. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay and commented how nice the house is.」

「Great property and very clean, close to a very good cake shop that was delicious! Ot was a quiet and peaceful time no noise around! Highly recommend, our dogs loved being able to be outside in a fenced yard!」

「House checked the box for a quick overnight stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of linens. NO linens provided for sofa bed or rollaway. Some of the beds didn’t have real sleeping pillows either only small decorative ones. If owner beefed up the linen situation it would have been a much better stay. Needed more towels as well. Messaged about needing more linens and received no response back.」

「Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them.」
