"We loved the property - it had a lot of character and was well equipped. The garden and space around the house was particularly welcome and we spent a lot of time relaxing and listening to birds. It was only minutes from the old town so wonderful for going out in the evening. "What an amazing hotel, one of the best 5* hotels I have stayed in. Everything was done to an exceptional standard, the welcome, the room, the cleanliness, the decor, the spa, the food and most importantly the staff. They helped make it a superb holiday, a couple of minor issues like no milk was left, but it was sorted out instantly. Nothing was ever a problem and the staff would help if we ever needed. Breakfast was plentiful with many options to suit all palates and lovely eating breakfast watching the birds in the aviary next to us! The three evening restaurants were all absolutely stunning, with very tasty food and excellent service. We also took the opportunity to go to Brunelli's, an extremely nice steak restaurant with amazing food, sublime view and excellent service."

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was very big, but could do with update, bath/shower area in particular. We still enjoy our stay very much. "The hotel its self is of a high standard with all facilitates needed in order to have the complete city break. The roof top pool and lounge areas although small were well kept and not too crowded at the time of our visit but you can say if there where a few more people there space would be at a premium. Underground parking is tight but plenty of spaces at affordable rates, The rooms we stayed in was dated but generally clean to a basic level, The hotel did contribute to what was an amazing time spent travelling around the island so a solid 7/10 overall."
