"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Dislike- Baggage cart has 2 flat tires. All 4 need to be replaced. Hard to push for elderly. I'm on Oxygen 24/7. Dust balls hanging from ceiling. Caused by the heating and cooling unit. Not good with respiratory problems. Talking to manager they only due thorough cleaning once a month. This should be part of daily cleaning, look up. Phone did not work. If I needed help with my breathing. I could not call front desk or 911. More unhappy than happy with our one...
